task lists. Tasks are assigned to responsible staff and show budgeted and actual costs, due dates and hours to completion.
Each project is associated with a collaboration framework that ensures that you have an efficient, effective and documented way for staff to participate in the project. This includes:
Project Issues: Similar to communication logs, but dedicated to the project. This gives every team member an equal voice and an equal opportunity to contribute their ideas for resolving the issue, while keeping all project members informed.
Forums: TAQAT’s forums come pre-populated with a list of user-defined discussion topics. The idea is to create a list of standard topics that are designed to guide your project team to think through all the issues required to create and implement a successful project.
Documents repository: Allowing the team to upload, attach and manage an unlimited number of files, spreadsheets, images and documents associated with the project.
Notes: Which function as an internal, private e-mail system between project members.
Once a project is completed, a special
“closing” forum is created where team participants can comment on
what went right and what went wrong during the project’s implementation process. The idea is that the project team should have every opportunity to report ways to
improve the project so that future projects and teams can benefit from their successes, failures, insights and experiences.
