Our process


Analysis:
We start by listening! We never suggest a solution before understanding what the mission of the organization is, its current web presence advantages and disadvantages and its goals. Goals must be clearly defined and measurable. Ex: 100 new members/month, Double donations amounts within 3 months, etc.

Research:
We don’t only define target audience, but we break them into specific categories and we start to think about the answer to this question: How to create content that makes them engaged in your organization activities.

Content Analysis:
We analyze content: we remove outdated content, update or expand existing content and suggest new content. We build the content Inventory, sitemap and wireframes.

Look & Feel:
Our design sensibility is to be clear and uncluttered, making information easy to find and access. We build design concepts and key pages. (Home and Inner master pages).

Technical requirements Analysis:
Guided by a set of online questionnaires we create the Software Requirements Specifications Document (SRS). This document must be approved by the organization. The SRS will detail how the site will appear to the user on the front end and will include details on any behind the scenes functionality.

Development:
Based on the Approved SRS we choose from our Skills set the optimum technology required to develop the solution. Our aim is to create systems that best suit the organization current needs whilst having the potential to expand smoothly as future needs arise.

Testing:
We do cross-browser compatibilities testing; we track and solve bugs as they arise. Our testing process covers Full System testing under normal test scenarios as well as under abnormal user behavior, to ensure that the site does not crash when users enter faulty data.

Training and Post Launch Support:
We provide online training on how to use the content management system. We deliver enough documentation to be used as reference for the future. We also provide 3 months of free support to ensure the stability and quality of the delivered products.
