I already have a great team of developers in-house. Sometimes I get more projects above my team capacity, and in other times they are in technologies and frameworks that we don’t work with. This is a common problem, each company has its own management tools. Generally, we got used to coping with this challenge: we start by understanding how you work, and after small learning curve we adapt ourselves to it. We work with clients who use Basecamp, Teamwork, Zoho, Smartsheets, trello, Jira, clockify, TFS and many others.
