ArkDev is a software development company based in Cairo, Egypt, established in 2008. Since our founding, we’ve focused on exporting technology and delivering custom software solutions to clients in the United States, and more recently, across the Gulf region. Over the past 15 years, we’ve successfully delivered more than 1,000 software projects in the U.S. alone, with over 80% of our business driven by referrals and long-standing relationships — a testament to the trust we’ve built with our clients.
A Legacy of Quality and Innovation
Quality has been at the heart of ArkDev from day one. In 2009, we became one of the first Egyptian SMEs to earn both ISO and CMMI certifications under the guidance of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) . Since then, we’ve continued to be recognized as a quality role model, contributing to industry events as keynote speakers, and supporting the broader IT ecosystem through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

In Egypt, our digital solutions support institutions

Shaping Egypt's Digital Future
More recently, the Egyptian Government entrusted ArkDev with two national-scale digital transformation projects. The first is the country’s e-Taxation and invoicing system, and the second is the Go Green project, a fully digital ecosystem supporting Egypt’s transition from fuel-powered vehicles to natural gas — connecting car owners, dealers, banks, insurance companies, and ministries in one integrated workflow.
Through these partnerships, we’ve helped shift Egypt’s digital strategy from proprietary Microsoft-based systems to open-source technologies — advocating for platforms like Laravel for custom development and Drupal for content management.
